Moon Shot Athletics Shipping Policy:

1. Processing Time for Items Made In-Store:
Items that are made in-store will be processed within 2 days, depending on blank stock availability. Once the item is ready, it will be shipped within 5 days.

2. Processing Time for Custom Orders:
Custom orders, such as customer jerseys and other sublimated apparel, may take up to 14 days to arrive after the design process is completed. This includes the time needed for manufacturing and quality control.

3. Shipping Methods:
We offer standard shipping through our preferred carriers, with estimated delivery times of 3-7 business days within the United States. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

4. Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, the shipping method selected, and the destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

6. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package.

7. Shipping Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Moon Shot Athletics is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information.
