HOW LONG DO CUSTOM ORDERS TAKE?
Custom orders, including jerseys and sublimated apparel, typically arrive within 10–14 business days after the design process is approved.
DO YOU OFFER TEAM ORDERS?
Yes. We specialize in team orders for schools, travel teams, leagues, and organizations of all sizes.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT?
No. We offer both single-item orders and full team packages.
CAN I UPLOAD MY TEAM LOGO OR DESIGN?
Yes. You can upload your logo, artwork, or design ideas when placing your custom order request.
WHAT TYPES OF APPAREL DO YOU OFFER?
We offer jerseys, hoodies, hats, warm-ups, shorts, fan gear, embroidery, DTF prints, stickers, and more.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
Single items may be refunded within 30 days if returned in original condition. Team orders are not eligible for sizing refunds, but we will replace items with major sizing issues or incorrect logos.
WHAT IF MY ITEM HAS A MISSPELLING OR ERROR?
If your item includes incorrect wording, spelling, or design mistakes, we will replace it at no additional cost.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
